The practice had a requirement to enhance the waiting room experience for their patients and decided to introduce a waiting room TV. Practice Manager Mark Knight explains why they chose the Envisage Dental TV system and the process they went through to get the system installed:
“We knew that we needed a system that was engaging and informative to enable us to promote our treatments and practice procedures in a professional manner. After careful examination of the various systems on the market and package prices we decided to go ahead with Envisage Dental TV.
After an initial site visit with Ben Shepherd, we were put at ease as to the suitability and functionality of the system, as well as the installation and setup of the system.
The system was installed within the waiting room and also five of our surgeries as we felt that patient education should not be restricted to the waiting room alone. Installation was quick, simple and hassle free and they have a dedicated support team should we have any future issues.
Because we can create relevant and topical playlists from the range of videos which are provided we are able to promote our treatments and services directly where we want them to be seen. We can also create our own branded and professional looking adverts using the innovative templating system, or upload our own marketing videos and images to use.
The uptake of treatments has noticeably been increased as a result of targeted advertising and the ability to promote treatments and special offers.
Envisage regularly update their videos including any public healthcare information such as Coronavirus. New videos were added into the video library immediately so we are always on top of any national healthcare priorities. With email updates on new content we are able to access these videos as soon as they become available.
Feedback from our patients has been nothing but positive. Conversations with clinicians have been prompted by the videos and offers we have promoted through the TV screens.
Overall, we would highly recommend the Envisage Dental TV system. We searched the entire market and found it to be by far the best system for the job. We are really happy with our choice of provider and our treatment uptake speaks for itself.”
