Patient Portal is part of a range of features available with the EXACT V13 practice management system. It enables patients to book appointments online and then check in using the QR code automatically sent to their mobile phone.
This helps to create a better experience for patients, who no longer have to queue at the desk to check in, and means your reception team have more time to deliver even better customer care.

Software of Excellence are constantly evolving their products and solutions to enhance both the patient journey and the practice as a business. We have recently partnered with them to integrate our waiting room patient call system with EXACT.
This integration enables patients to be called from the waiting room directly from the patient record in EXACT. This saves time for the hygienist, nurse and dentist as they no longer have to collect patients themselves from the waiting room. This leads to substantial time saving for staff and increases practice efficiency.
